Arco / iris HABITAT, Viviendas para elderly LGTBIQ + H is a pioneering business project in our country and in the world: the first chain of housing centers for the elderly LGTBIQ in Spain, initially 16 centers 2021-2029 and with an international vocation. The first center will be in Torremolinos, the gay friendly capital.

It is a residential center for homes for the elderly without architectural barriers of any kind, where you can feel safe and cared for at all times regardless of how your physical or mental situation evolves. It works like any community of owners. Lofts, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, all with terrace or patio, garage and storage room and a Social Club that is the heart of the center. Where simply by opening the door of your house, you can interact with people like you, who have all the free time in the world, and carry out all kinds of cultural, sports and recreational activities.
