Arco / iris HABITAT, Viviendas para elderly LGTBIQ + H is a pioneering business project in our country and in the world: the first chain of housing centers for the elderly LGTBIQ in Spain, initially 16 centers 2021-2029 and with an international vocation. The first center will be in Torremolinos, the gay friendly capital.

It is a residential center for homes for the elderly without architectural barriers of any kind, where you can feel safe and cared for at all times regardless of how your physical or mental situation evolves.
